Chad McCrory, Punta Gorda Realtor

A graduate of the University of Florida, Chad resided in Gainesville, Florida, until a trip to Charlotte County in early 2003 introduced him to Punta Gorda and the wonders of Charlotte Harbor. One look is all it took. In a matter weeks Chad found himself moving to Punta Gorda with no second thoughts.

Chad and his wife Jill, an attorney at the prestigious Farr Law Firm, own a home in Wychewood Shores and spend their free time enjoying the open waters of Charlotte Harbor, the pristine Peace River and the many other natural resources offered by the area.

In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, Chad is a licensed Boat and Yacht Broker with past experience as a Fine Wine Distributor and Private Club Manager. Chad is also a member of the Arts & Humanities Council and is active in the non-profit community, attending charity events on a regular basis.
