• I will review MLS listings and other available resources to find available properties that meet your needs
• I will use my expertise and knowledge of the real estate market to bring to your attention details and considerations that you may not have been aware of
• I will assist you in making your offer and engaging in negotiations with the seller
• I will provide referrals to other professionals to assist you in finding financing, insurance, inspections or other services that may be needed
• I will review and explain all paperwork and documentation that you are requested to sign, and make such paperwork available for review by your attorney.
• I will do my best to keep you informed and answer your questions every step of the way, from looking at houses to the final closing.
