Chimichurri Marinade from the Kitchen of Tony Van Valen
1 Cup Cilantro Chopped
1 Tablespoon each of Oregano, Red Pepper Flakes
1 Head Garlic Chopped
1 Cup each of Parsley Chopped, Corn Oil, White Distilled Vinegar
Mix all above ingredients together and let sit several hours before use.
Makes enough to marinade several flank steaks.
